We have many great items for dads - artisan glass cufflinks, incredible business card holders, pens, bookmarks, and the picks I'm featuring this month!

Is your dad a nature lover? Then you will definitely want to see these cedar bird houses.

Does he love to look great? Then consider a Murphy Artisan silk tie for him this year.

Or do you just want to get him something different this year - that is practical as well as beautiful? Then check out the Leonie Lacouette clocks. You can't go wrong with a gift like this.

So to all you dads out there - Happy Father's Day!

Featured Artist:  Robin Cheers, Painter
After a couple of years off from painting, we are excited that Robin Cheers is now re-emerging with her new series: Austin Scene. Of her work, she says:

"Painting is a form of communication and through the use of texture, color, light and composition. I tell my story of the world around me. Nature is my inspiration, but I am not bound to every detail I see before me. I try to capture the essence of a scene while letting my emotional response to it guide my work. I want my viewers to look at my work and have a sense of belonging, a sense of somehow knowing the place and feeling at home."

Featured Artist: Bill Meek, Sculptor
The methods used to create these masterpieces, and their style, is what makes Bill Meek's sculptures distinctly unique. His method of building onto a piece over time allows him to create larger scale glass sculptures that seem to emit a sort of energy in their complexity.

Meek uses a lot of symbolism in his art, and many versions of his work symbolize life. His most recent series include some new symbols that represent the idea of finding balance.

Although Meek combines many other mediums into his sculptures, glass is still his constant fascination. The transparency and play of light and shadow make it unique and complex. It is powerful yet fragile - and although it can be intimidating in its perceived fragility, you still want to touch it.
